Ad. Dr. Pranav Pandya's lecture from Shantkunj for Vidai of Chattisgarh and Bastar Parijans 20th Nov 2011

Summary of lecture in English:

We are forever indebted…

My dear brothers and sisters, I bow down at the feet of our Reverend GuruSatta and begin.

Since the last 3 – 4 months we have our brothers and sisters with us.

Not only have the come since so long, but they have with their bare hands transformed whole city of Haridwar. They picked up pebbles, stones with their bare hands, have daubed, plastered the whole area with cow dung (to disinfect, prevent insects and to purify the ground). Doing so they have completely transformed the entire atmosphere.

All the credit, of such an important and historic program goes to your hardwork.

You must have heard about the story of Gilhari (Squirrel) from Ramayana.

When Lord Ram was ready to march on to Lanka a bridge was being laid to reach the island city. Nal and Neel were the engineers on that project. During the construction they noticed a small squirrel that was scurrying to and fro in an effort to get a small amount of sand for the bridge.Nal and Neel caught hold of the squirrel and took her to Lord Ram. Lord Ram asked her this much amount of sand is not going to make any difference then why do you take so much trouble and bother yourself at all. The squirrel replies, please accept my small offering at your feet, though its small but I feel that at least some part of my time, effort and means should be rendered for this great cause.

After witnessing the whole site of our preparations I feel that lots and lots of squirrels and Nal and Neels have come forward only because of them we could do this huge work.

You all present here are part of them.

Brothers and sisters, all this hardwork, these efforts which you have taken will not go in vain. Do not think that because of this incidence our morale, enthusiasm will be weakened. This is an opportunity given to us by Gurudev to prepare for the next 2 – 3 years.

We had a mammoth program, it began from the 1^st and till 7^th we conducted as per our regular schedule. On 8^th the incidence happened. 8^th evening we held a prayer meet and on 9^th we concluded this program with an homage, shraddhanjali to the departed.

But this does not mean that our work is done, no our work will continue, will go on, will gain speed and will multiply manytimes.

Me, Veereshwarji, Kapilji, Gaudhji and all other seniors are going to embark on a journey all over India from this coming December 15^th . We will tour whole India. I will personally come to Chattisgarh, and will sit amidst you all.

ParamPujya Gurudev loved Chattisgarh, I love Chattisgarh, I have personally toured each village, each district of this state and have conducted quite a few youth camps and other meets.

Our mission is unique and the most important thing about this mission is that it’s a mission of the common man, the simple man, the man who lives in the villages and small towns of India. And we the common simple men and women together are the ones who have made this mission so great and extraordinary.

Param Pujya Gurudev at the time of (during His time as Lord Ram) did the same thing. Passing through Dandakaranya, took with him these faithful followers from that area and even now he is taking them with him.

Therefore understand that the beginning of a great work is from now, from 2011.

People are witness to your hardwork, everywhere, in Rodi BelWalla, Gyan Manch, Yagya Shala, Laljiwala, where we were. Everywhere people bore witness to the great hard work and efforts that you have put.

There are many who have left, after the 9^th . But to those who have gone, are here, are present at this moment upon all of them I bestow the choicest and most generous blessings of Param Pujya Gurudev and Param Vandaniya Mataji.

May Gurudev and Mataji shower their blessings upon you.

May if some one is not well, become healthy.

May if someone is facing some difficulty, may it be solved.

May if someone is not being able to get married, may they get married.

May if there are problems after the marriage may they be resolved too.

Gurudev will with love shower His blessings upon you all.

You have done work, you have taken a lot of efforts, that work, those efforts were not done in expectation of any rewards or material benefits but were done for the love of Your Guru, Your Lord.

And if someone has borne the cold, the harsh conditions of those times bravely and with a smile on their faces devoting all the troubles at the feet of their Guru, I feel that is exceptional.

I feel this work of cutting this tall, unkept and wild grass. Not only to cut it but to pile it up and burn it. Not only to burn it but to make the whole area leveled and usable. This work cannot be done by any machine. This cannot be done by commercial laborers. This can be done only and only by those whose sole support in life is Guru – only and only they can do this work. You all did it.

You did it and along with you our brothers and sisters from all over India, from Gujarat, from UP, from Rajasthan and from all corners of India.

But the most important and significant contribution is of those who came first. And the people who came first are you all from Bastar and Chattisgarh. To you give the most prominent and important position because you all came first and took the whole work in your own hands and responsibly completed it.

Param Pujya Gurudev has said, this mission this work is not of, for, about a single human being but its of, for and completely driven by God. Gayatri Pariwar is of God not of a single person. It is the plan of Mahakal, the work of God and a project undertaken with the inspiration from Himalayas. In such a work there can be no interruptions. Yes there can be small obstacles and problems, to deal with them is our duty. There can be our mistakes those we shall take care of. But there will be no interruptions in the work of God. His work goes on uninterrupted.

2011, 2012, 2013 are very important years.

We are now towards the end of 2011, in the years 2012 and 2013, this mission will scale new heights. In 2014 it will reach its peak, people will recognize it, will praise it. They will comment that such people who are the command man, the middle class and who have risen in the ranks with their hard work, that work which is affected by such people is the most important and significant work.

Therefore my brothers and sisters, embolden your mind.

Along with the work you do in your fields and day to day lives, you have to do something extra.

You must create an Adharsh – Ideal Village.

What does an Ideal Village mean?

The village’s water is used by the village, the youth stays back and gives back to the village in a meaningful way and the produce of the village stays in the village for the benefit of the community. A self contained, clean, healthy, addiction free and a civil village.

You must have seen the Smiriti Upavan in DSVV and also infront of the Pradarshani. If you create such a garden with specific herbs and vegetation representing 12 different planets, it will be an attraction for people. People will come from different parts to see this project.

The third revolution is of De-addiction:

We have to liberate the masses from this evil of addiction. Drugs and intoxicants are very vile they eat away at your body from within. If we are successful at eradicating this evil of addiction it will be a great revolution.

The fourth revolution is of Tree Plantation:

Plant to many trees and plants on this earth that the whole atmosphere is changed, rivers spring back to life, all the earth is covered with this green blanket.

Brothers and sisters, you all are blessed with a great boon, divine strength of hard work, of devotion. You have been the chosen ones who have been at the side of God working along with Him.

To work with God, by His side is not a small thing. Its an exceptional good fortune to be able to do so. When God was here as Lord Ram You all helped him as his Adiwasi supporters, as His soldiers, bears and monkeys. And even now you have this extreme good fortune to work for Gurudev.

Gurudev has toured whole Bastar. I have been unfortunate that I have not been able to travel to each part of Bastar. But if the condition there improves and the roads are opened up I would surely like to visit one day.

I have personally experienced the inner calm and tranquility one feels when one visits that area.

Our Shantikunj is completely based on the shoulders of brothers and sisters from Bastar. GG has 46 sisters with her. From those sisters, 10 are from Bastar, 10 from Orrisa and rest are from Chattisgarh. Just imagine, that GG’s kitchen is being run completely by you all. Why just that all the kitchens in this huge program and also in Shanitkunj is run by you all.

This is not a small thing, it’s really a great thing to feed people to serve them Prasad and to serve them in this very important way.

Go ahead, go ahead and do Gurudev’s work with full heart and enthusiasm. This time is no doubt very important, it has come as an important test, challenge. As I have told before, these 3 years are very important years for us, years of important tests.

We were planning that now this program is coming to an end, we will call everyone for giving thanks. Then we shall take some rest and spend sometime in solitude, so much work has been done and we have been so so busy in the last few years. But there is no rest for us. We have completely given up all those plans, now we plan to be working to make this dream of Gurudev a reality without any rest till He keeps this body active. Therefore there is no halt, no rest and even if we venture our we will come amidst you all.

We are coming for a day or two to Chattisgarh. I have deliberately chosen Chattisgarh to visit. We will sit down with everyone, people who could not meet us can meet us we can share our thoughts and towards the evening we will leave for our next stop.

Lots and lots of blessings of Gurudev and Mataji, and best wishes for your bright future.

We will maintain a minutes silence for the ones who have departed. Today is a very important day, today marks the 13^th day and is being observed as “Terahvi” at the houses who have lost someone. Our representatives are there with them during this time and they will return after conveying our respects and sincere heartfelt wishes to the families of the departed.
